Junghyun ‘JP’ Park is the co-founder and Executive Chef of NA:EUN Hospitality (Atoboy, Atomix, NARO, Seoul Salon) in NYC.
A Seoul-born, New York City-based chef, Chef JP was most recently recognized as ‘Best Chef: NY State (2023)’ by James Beard Foundation. With an academic background in Food Sciences bolstered by years of experience in creating restaurants pioneering the ‘New Korean’ movement, Chef Junghyun Park continues to hone his dedication to evolving Hansik through research, development on a global scale.
Chef Junghyun Park’s first cookbook, Korea: The Cookbook (Phaidon Press) is forthcoming Fall 2023.
Ellia Park
Founder & CEO
Ellia Park is the co-founder and CEO of NA:EUN Hospitality ((Atoboy, Atomix, NARO, Seoul Salon) in New York City. Combining her passion for hospitality and trends, as well as food and beverage knowledge, she leads the management team and service program of the restaurants. Most recently, Ellia’s service program at Atomix was awarded the prestigious ‘Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award’ at the World 50 Best 2022.
Ahris Kim
Director of Operations
Ahris Kim is the Director of Operations at NA:EUN Hospitality, where she oversees the operations of Atoboy, Atomix, NARO, and the corporate office. With extensive experience across luxury hotels, ski resorts, and independent restaurants, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. Ahris’s diverse background, including key positions at renowned establishments, underscores her expertise and dedication to excellence in the hospitality industry.
Jhonel Faelnar
Beverage Director
Jhonel Faelnar is the beverage director of NA:EUN Hospitality. He helms and executes the beverage programs for each location, developing a unique identity for each property. Jhonel is a Wine & Spirits Magazine Best New Sommelier (2018), StarChefs Rising Star Sommelier (2020), Wine Enthusiast Magazine 40 under 40 (2020), The Art of Plating's Rising Talent (2021), and the Sommelier/Wine Director of the Year for Wine Enthusiast Magazine (2023).
Saori Minakawa
Director of Culture
Saori Minakawa is the Director of Culture at NA:EUN Hospitality. With an MBA in Hospitality from Les Roches, she honed her skills in NYC where she also taught sake and tea classes. During her time as GM of Atomix, the restaurant ranked #8 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants List and received the ‘Gin Mare Art of Hospitality Award' in 2022. In her current role, she focuses on fostering a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and continuous evolution within our team. Her philosophy on work and team culture is deeply influenced by her daily meditation practice.
Coralie Kwok
Project & Events Manager
Coralie is the Project and Events Manager at NA:EUN Hospitality, where she orchestrates the executions of projects and events across the group’s portfolio. Drawing from a diverse background encompassing business operations, marketing, and communications, Coralie’s expertise spans both the food tech and restaurant sectors. Beyond her role, Coralie channels her passion for the industry as a food writer.
